An Apple Record  An E.M.I. Recording  Mfd. in Holland  With 5C 184 prefix on discs/runouts, green Apple labels. Glossy inners sleeves with 1A 184 prefix printed on top of A- and 1A 184 printed on top of D- side.  Ed Dieckmann writes in his book 'Made in Holland, the Dutch Beatles discography': "Through the years Apple/Odeon Germany and Apple/Bovema Holland helped each other out when either of them ran out of (inner) sleeves or LPs. As a result, any combination of LPs/sleeves is possible. Original issues had inner sleeves of either English or German produce. It was not until the '1A'-prefix releases that they were being produced in Holland."
