Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

Shipping destinations and delivery times We currently ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and internationally.

• Spain: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of EU: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• UK and international: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or circumstances outside our control, particularly for international and UK orders post-Brexit (customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer).

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.
